1. Write a report about the Pawnee Indians.
-where they live
-how they get food
-what they live in
-what kinds of work the women are responsible for
-what kinds of work the men are responsible for
-what children do (work & play)
2. Write a report about the Oregon Trail.
- how did the trail begin
- who traveled it and why
- where did it start
- what was its route to Oregon
3. Write an adventure story.
-Beginning (include setting of story, main characters and what they are doing)
-Middle (usually there is a problem-tell what happens to solve the problem)
-End (tell what happens when the problem is solved)
4. Write a report about fur trapping. Do you know anyone who is a trapper? If you do interview them to get more information.
